People are now receiving "phone calls" from the "IRS" stating that they have a "large" rebate check if they turn in their 2007 tax returns early and give the caller their personal bank account information. There is no such thing as an absolute free check. If you are super wealthy you don't need this chump change. Its what you spend on one evening out. Here are the limitations in how much you can get from the IRS.

1. You need social security numbers. If you file a joint tax return but one of you doesn't have a social security number then you don't count.
